Plugin does not activate

    I have installed the plugin but no amount of clicking on the ACTIVATE button seems to actually activate the plugin. Any workarounds?

    Hi, what WordPress version is your site running? Can you disable all other plugins, then try again to activate Stripe Payments?

    Hi – thanks for getting back to me 🙂
    Still on a somewhat dated version – 4.15.16
    I have 4 activated plugins which I deactivated – the stripe plugin still remains deactivated even when I click on activate

    Hi, I have never heard of WordPress 4.15.16. There is a WordPress version 4.5.16.

    If you update to at least version 4.9.9, I am sure your issue will be fixed. But before you update WordPress, make sure all your plugins and your theme are compatible.

    Sorry that was a typo 4.5.16. I have updated and could activate the plugin without any problem. Thanks for your help – much appreciated! 🙏🏻
