    Hi

I have noticed that since adding autooptimize there have been issues on several shop pages. On my variable products page it no longer correctly displays the product availability or price but displays them as text at the bottom left of the page and also the review slider is hidden in the quote wrapper div above the footer. The review slider is missing on all single product pages and on the checkout (but not the basket).

I would really appreciate your help on this!

    Thanks

    Jake

Could be due to CSS or JS optimization, try to identify which one by disabling (and re-enabling) CSS optimization and then JS optimization. once you know that you’ll have to look into which CSS- or JS-file to exclude from optimization to fix.

AO’s FAQ has more info on troubleshooting and how to exclude.

    hope this helps,

    Hi FRank

I haven’t been running the JS optimization. I’ve just turned off all the CSS optimization but there has been no change!

    Any other thoughts?

    Thanks

so you’re running no optimization? in that case; are you entirely sure it’s AO? because all is off now, no?

No optimisation now apart from shortpixel. I’m really no expert but when I first looked using inspector there was autoptimize css code showing. Now that has gone having unchecked all AO boxes but yet the problem persists. I can’t think that anything else has changed but I will retrace my steps just to make sure.

    Thanks

if you mean shortpixel in AO; disable that as well to see if that changes anything, but if not then it’s not AO 🙂

Ok, just done that, still no change, will start looking elsewhere (although quite where, I have no idea) – Thanks for your time Frank!
