When I click to update, then plugin acts as deleted plugin. Still it says that it has updated. In FTP, the plugin folder exsists. When I try to delete it, then FTP freezes. When I change the name, then after another attempt to reinstall it, then I have 2 folder, new with correct name and old one. Also it says, that I allready have this plugin.

    Hi @keyboardok.

From what you describe it sounds as though your web hosting account is having some issues with deleting folders from within the /wp-content/ folder using FTP.

I’d suggest trying to delete the folder from your hosting account file manager section when logged into your hosting provider’s dashboard. If that does not work reach out to your hosting provider and they should be able to assist with deleting any folders from /wp-content/.

Once you have the folders deleted you can then try installing the free WooCommerce plugin again.

    I disabled all plugins.

I disabled Woocommerce. Then I updated it. It was success!!!
So I turned it on. I had speed problems. I managed to figure out, that Woocommerce was making my site slow (turning plugins on one-by-bone). Then I found this article. https://woocommerce.com/posts/woocommerce-site-slow-fixes/

I disabled Woocommerce. Then smushed images smaller. And after enabling Woocommerce again, the speed was again normal.

    So problem solved.
