Plugin disappeared from WordPress plugins

(this message was ignored when sent with the submit a bug form on WP.org so I'm continuing here)

Here’s the URL our of plugin which recently disappeared from: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/fv-all-in-one-seo-pack/

I can’t see it on http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins nor in my profile with the other plugins I created. However I can open that page http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/fv-all-in-one-seo-pac when I log in with my account.

• Can you please check on that to see what’s wrong?
• Has it something to do with the famous all-in-one-seo-pack plugin? The names are very common, but I can see some other plugin using the same name. Was it removed on purpose?

We created the plugin because we missed some extra functionality, which the creators of the original plugin refused to add.
