Plugin disabling automatic reminders

    When I set up automatic review reminders, it always stays on for only a few days and then turns off again. According to the plugin diagnostics, it’s not a duplicate site. Do you have any tips on how to fix this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme then observe this issue again.
    If the automatic reminder is still turned off, please access your database > table wp_options and share some option values:
    – ivole_siteurl
    – siteurl
