[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Stop Reloading jQuery Via jQuery.tools

    The custom contact form plugin is currently reloading the jquery library via jquery.tools and breaking other plugins.

    Please stop reloading jquery and only load the required tools code.

    Appreciate a quick response to minimise the support Im having to provide for my own plugins due to this problem
