[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] cannot manage forms or fields

    I have custom forms. I have used it in the past, I don’t even remember how it worked. I just updated it. when I create a form, under ‘manage form’ I can’t see any way I can edit anything. I have 3 buttons ‘save’ ‘delete’ and ‘options’ but when I click on any, nothing happens. any assistance will be appreciated.

    I’m having a similar issue. I can click on the ‘Options’ button to edit my form info, but I cannot attach any fields to the form.
