Plugin CSS and JavaScript not working in home page sections

    The home page sections are not allowing CSS and JavaScript from a plugin.

    For example, I embedded a form created with Gravity Forms and used it as one of my sections. The Submit button is not working.

    I also tried using a Speakout petition form in a section. It is not styled as it should be and the button is not working.

    I tried enqueuing the styles and scripts from my functions file. This is not working.
    I copied the files into my child theme and then enqueued them. Also not working.

    The only way to get the CSS is to actually paste it into my stylesheet.

    And yes, I turned off all other plugins and tried it with TwentySeventeen instead of my child theme. To no avail.

    I have not been able to find any information about this. Any suggestions?
