Plugin Crashing Site by overloading DB

Hello, after using the plugin for some time, recent crashed prompted led us to discovering that this plugin has written over 3 MILLION lines to the wp_options table. Is there a way to solve this issue or will I need to disable this otherwise very useful plugin?
