Plugin crashed wordpress

    Hi Guys
    I installed a MDS Collivery plugin. Tried to change themes and wordpress gave following error.
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare custom_override_checkout_fields() (previously declared in /home/zintezae/public_html/wp-content/plugins/Collivery-WooCommerce-master/checkout_fields.php:99) in /home/zintezae/public_html/wp-content/themes/functions.php on line 33
    Is it possible to remove Plugin on FTP?
    Any advice appreciated.
