Plugin Crash

I have a problem with my website. It seems a plugin is not working and I didn’t receive a recovery mode email to access the backend that way. I want to either update or deactivate the plugin but since I don’t have access to that page I can’t do anything or anything I can think of. I need help with this urgently.
