    Can you see what version of PHP your site is running? Based on that error my guess is that you must be running a version prior to 5.3. The autoloader only works with PHP 5.3 or higher.

    You can see here that PHP 5.3 and 5.4 have already reached “end of life” and are no longer officially supported, so it’s highly recommended that you get updated to at least 5.5. Your hosting provider should be able to handle that for you.

    Once you’ve done that this problem will go away.
