It’s mostly because of your css. Either the one you defined in your post, on the one from your theme. Since the page doesn’t have enough space to be displayed, it put scrollbars.
I just checked, think the version you looked at was a wrong copy i reverted to (sorry).
Look now, i added 1 movie, and when this is opened (playing), into a new framebox, it get scrollbars. At least in all browsers i test.

Did you ever get this sorted out as I am getting the exact same problem on Win7 64b using Firefox and IE
I also tested on Linux, using Chrome and still bet the scroll bars !

Great plugin (CVG : ) but i have the same issue (you may have addressed it but….)
i get scroll bars no matter what settings i choose
i want to use it but cannot if i cant hammer this out
im using safari and fireworks on a mac
