Hi Ajay,
I did some experimenting because I’ve been plagued by plugin conflicts this week. The config area shows up if I deactivate the All In One SEO Pack Plugin. As a work around, I set it up while All In One was deactivated to get the config I wanted, but it disappears again with activation of the All In One SEO pack.
As I went through and activated my plugins, I also found that the customization area disappears when WP-Polls is active.
Your plugin is now looking wonderful on my site with the added CSS another user shared, but I thought you might like to know what the cause of the issue was.

Thanks for the checking. Just the clarify, the plugin works when WP-Polls is disabled?
The config area disappears when either WP-Polls OR All-in-One SEO are enabled. I found it seems to be conflicting with both individually,

It is quite strange indeed. I have All in One SEO on 2 of my blogs. I don’t have WP-Polls.
Does the other features work, e.g. if you configure it does it work perfectly after that?
Can you post a screenshot?
Good news for you, I think! After a dealing with a number of plugin/theme conflicts, I requested my host to increase my PHP memory and the problem seems to have resolved. I wasn’t getting any memory errors, so I didn’t realize that could be the problem. Thanks for looking into it, and sorry if I’ve caused you undue concern!

No problem. That is indeed good news!
