[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Reply Email Address Not Correct?

I’m using WP 3.0.1 in MU mode, with the latest version of CF7. One of my users is complaining that when someone emails her using the CF7 form on her site (default setup, she just pasted in her email address), the reply-to address when she receives the email is “noreply@clothunderground.com”.

I’ve used CF7 on many different WP sites before, and have always had the reply-to show up as the person who sent the form (so you could just hit “reply” in your email screen and respond). I had the plugin network activated, and thought that maybe CF7 was pulling a setting from my main site (clothunderground.com), but network deactivating it did not seem to help. I even searched my database for the noreply@clothunderground.com email address thinking I’d change that and see if it helped anything, but there’s no record of it in there at all!

Anyone know what might be the issue here?
