I’m not sure what happened, but my submissions stopped working about a month ago and I’m just now noticing.
I’m not receiving submissions via email. If a user goes to the site and submits an entry, they get the success message. The email is not received and no new entry is entered to the database. I have the contact form to DB extension and it has nothing in the last month. I don’t think it’s an email issue, I can send to the designated recipient via normal means.
There have been no new changes that I’m aware of. We got a bunch of spam submissions at the end but there’s no evidence of a hack attempt otherwise. The strange thing is I have a second site with the same config – works fine. The configs match between the two.
I’ve tried using older versions of the plugin, current version with the same issue. On paper it should work fine and I’ve had good luck with this plugin in the past so I’m not sure where to start.
Any help appreciated.
