[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Fails depending on user's email

The email address I use on the admin side does not seem to matter, but the email I enter in the contact form is what causes an error. If I enter a random fake email, it works, but if I use @hotmail, @gmail, etc in the form, it generates the red fail error.

GoDaddy says it has something to do w/ validates as required code written in the plugin. I on the other hand have no idea. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
