[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Contributor Contact Form

Hello,

Is there anyway to add this to different posts where the recipient email would automatically update according to who wrote the post? So if the admin wrote the post, it’d be a different recipient email, if it’s a contributor it’s a different email with support to multiple contributors.
