[Plugin: Contact 7] Generate tag missing, "Add New" buggy

    Hi Contact Form 7,

    I use contact form 7 all the time for any WordPress websites that I do. And I have never encountered any issues at all

    However just a few hours ago, I started experiencing something strange on one of the site I am currently working on
    – the generate tag dialog is missing from the form settings page
    – when I press “Add New” nothing happens
    – the space where the shortcode for your form appears is empty with nothing to copy

    I’m using WP 3.61. I have tried deactivating plugins, changing to a new theme with no avail. I have also tried installing a fresh WP on a sub directory of that domain but weirdly enough, it still doesn’t work

    On another WP site on another domain and server, everything seems to be fine though..

    Has anyone faced this problem before? What should I do?
