I do not use any plugins for code citation. Just the http://www.elliotswan.com/postable/

And plugin doesn’t have options dialog that is advertised on About page.

currently there is no settings page for the css lightbox plugin because it is not needed. Possible to give me access to your wp-admin? So i can check why it is not working on your page.
