Plugin Conflict with Visual Composer

Hello, I have identified a conflict between this plugin and another one being used on my site. It’s called “WPBakery Visual Composer”.

When it is activated, I can’t schedule any of my events to repeat. When I click the Repeat box, it will bring up a window with a loading icon and then just sit there, loading forever.

I’m not sure if there is anything else I can provide to help clear this up, but considering that I would love to use both plugins, I would really like to do anything I can to see this problem get fixed.

No we can’t provide that level of support for free users, sorry.
try to make a screenshot of the Visual Composer settings page so that i can replicate your settings.

But did you try to use just Visual composer and our plugin on twenty fourteen theme?Stil not working?

Hi, Visual Composer is not even active for our plugin. I wouldn’t know what to advice, simply the js modal is not triggered. Try to ask your host if they have some special js “speed up”

If some workaround will be found and it will be caused by visual composer you can write to my email : pavel at wpbakery.com to write bug request with your provided details and workaround and we will include it to new release.

@pavelthq in this case i don’t think it was visual composer which was responsible. I’ll close this as it’s 2 weeks old.

We had a conflict with Visual composer which caused an out of memory issue, but we fixed it, if you look around or if you are interested i can show you the fix

i’ve not written the fix, but it’s possible this is a problem our plugin has, not Visual Composer

This fix is really misunderstand, and I think this is not really relative to VC.

What happens without the fix is that the plugin goes into an infinite loop. As i said, i’m not sure it’s a bug of Visual Composer, it can be caused by us
