Plugin conflict with multiple themes

Hey, I love your plugin and I use it on many sites. Since a while though I’m encountering theme problems on two sites with different themes from different devs. When saving a post, some of the fields are not saved. E.g. Comments on/off, change of author, SEO options… When I turn the redirection plugin off, it works. When I turn it back on again, it doesn’t work anymore.
