    Hi,

I’ve been experiencing the problem of icons not showing in Chrome (or Safari) since the upgrade. After a bit of investigation, I’ve discovered a conflict between OSD SMS and WP Social Networks Widget. Both of these were working fine together before the upgrade, but now when I have WP Social Networks Widget activated, the OSD icons don’t show.

I’d like to keep both the plugins if possible!

    julia312,

We are unable to reproduce this issue and would be glad if you could provide some more information regarding the conflict you have discovered. There should not be any reason why there would be a conflict. If you could provide us a URL to your website that would also be very helpful. You can email it to us at webdev@outsidesource.com.

Since the upgrade was a large upgrade, make sure you followed the following steps:

    1. Update the plugin through the back-end of your site.
    2. De-activate OSD SMS plugin and then Re-activate it
    3. Visit the settings page for the plugin
    4. REFRESH the admin settings screen to clear out cached styling.
    5. Make your adjustments and save.
    6. Shortcode and automated post type displays will be working correctly.
    7. Done.

Please let us know if this fixes your issue or not.
