Plugin Conflict – Missing WooCommerce Inventory Fields

    Hello RelyWP Support,

    I have installed the RelyWP Store Credit plugin on our WooCommerce website, but unfortunately, it seems to cause an issue with the product editor.

    When the plugin is activated, several standard fields disappear from the Product Data → Inventory tab, including:

    • SKU
    • GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN
    • Manage stock
    • Stock status

    The only remaining field is “Sold individually”.

    I have tested this by deactivating the plugin, which immediately restores all the missing fields. When I reactivate it, the fields disappear again.

    We only use RelyWP Store Credit in the WordPress backend to manage store credit manually. We do not sell store credit or gift cards through the webshop.

    The issue affects regular WooCommerce products.

    Could you please look into this issue and advise how to resolve it? We need to keep the plugin active without losing the standard WooCommerce inventory management functionality.

    I have attached screenshots showing the difference with the plugin activated and deactivated.

    Hi Jenni,

    Thanks for reporting this.

    This is a bug in our plugin. Version 1.0.1 added a new “Store credit / gift card” product type, and the script that sets up the product editor for that type marks the main Inventory sections as gift-card-only. WooCommerce then hides those sections on every other product type, which is why only “Sold individually” is left.

    I’ll get this fixed in the next update.

    Until then, you can stop that script loading with this small snippet if you know how to add it safely. As you don’t sell gift cards, it won’t affect anything you use:

    add_action( 'admin_enqueue_scripts', function() {
    wp_dequeue_script( 'sscp-admin-giftcard-product' );
}, 100 );

    You can remove the snippet once the update is out.

    Or you can wait until the next update which should be available soon.

    Your existing SKUs and stock settings haven’t been changed. The fields were only hidden in the editor, so nothing needs re-entering.
