Sounds like you have insufficient memory allocated to your site…

You need a minimum of 64mb memory for your site, to run Woocommerce + Pricing Deals successfully. Do you have that?

    – In wp-admin, please go to Woocommerce/System Status and look for WP Memory Limit.
    – ** I recommend 96-128mb*** (or at least the WOO-recommended minimum of 64mb).
    – First, –contact your Host– and request the memory change (this should be FREE from your Host).
    – Then you need to update your wordpress wp_config.php file:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    — *** BOTH *** of these actions must be done, in order for the memory change to be accomplished.

    Let me know…

Thank you for your answer! I have had a look at it now, and my memory limit is set to 64MB. Do you still think I should try to increase it? Or do you have any other idea about what’s causing this?

First, look to fix any of these issues:

    (1) Are your Plugins up to date:

    – WooCommerce (version 2.4+)

    – Pricing Deals (version 1.1.1.2+) ?

    (2) there is a **known conflict** with the “User Role Editor” plugin, which has developed recently.
    Here’s how to fix it:
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/role-editor-plugin-conflict-issue
    – Before any updates, please take a full backup of your site.
    – Once the deletes have been accomplished, the newly created roles must be replaced both in any Users
*and* in any Rules where roles have been employed…

    (3) If you have a Caching plugin, or your HOST supplies caching services,
please clear the cache, turn off caching, and retest.
(It’s not an incompatability, but rather that Pricing Deals is absolutely realtime,
and caching sometimes can’t keep up.)

Please check (and fix) **all** of these areas and let me know ….

    Hi,
As I haven’t heard back from you on any channel, I’m assuming this issue is resolved.
