I think the plugin works very well just a couple of things:

1. The plugin change the > to ‘& gt;’ in css example:
.vc_table>tbody>tr>td
is changed to
.vc_table& gt;tbody& gt;tr& gt;td
So it’s not read by css.

2. When there are links with an anchor like #anchor, the plugin changes that to #anchorindex.html

Let me know if there is an option to fix this.
Thanks so much.

I just saw that the full css files are embed in html tags, is that normal?

Hi @u22,

Previous site export method involved some “guesswork” with the HTML.

From 5.9 onwards, I’m doing things a bit smarter.

Please try this pre-release version and let me know if you still have any issues:

Hi, I tried the 5.9 but it does not work at all, the html files, images, css are broken.
I need to fix that could you tell me where is the & gt; added/converted in the 5.8? Maybe I can do something just for our site.

Thanks so much!

With 5.9, please try the “Discover URLs” option under crawl settings. That should solve that (I’ll set it to on by default before release).

Cheers,

Hi I think it works better but <base href=”http://example.com/”> is added so I need to remove that manually to make it work.

Ok, great to hear!

There is a checkbox option to not write the Base Href, but not sure if it’s respecting that for all deploy methods…
