[Plugin: Change Password / E-mail] Doesn't Confirm Update

Great plugin. But, I can’t really use it in the current state because users don’t get a confirmation that they updated their profile in 3.0.1. It just appears as though the submit button refreshes the page (even though their info really changes). Can we get the confirmation message to appear when they submit?
