    I would like to receive more detailed instructions for creating dynamic forms.Preferably with examples of code. Thank you!

    From the CformsII website

    to use this feature it requires basic and possibly more advanced PHP knowledge, examples you’ll find in the HELP! section of plugin admin pages.
