Plugin causes WP to crash

    Hi,

    I’m a first-time user and just downloaded the plugin to customize my login page, but while trying to update the background image the plugin froze. Now when I enter the main page or login URLs, I get a “This site can’t be reached. [site] took too long to respond” error message. How do I restore the site?

    Hello, please try connecting to your site via FTP and going to /wp-content/plugins/ and rename the login customizer plugin folder then check your website again.

    If you don’t know how to do this then please contact your web host for assistance. After that make sure all your plugins and WordPress is up to date and you can try again.
