    Hello,
this morning I couldn’t login to my backend – I got a 503 error. After deactivating all plugins I was able to log in again. Activated/deactivated all plugins and themes individually => the plugin causing the error was yours. Support from the hoster resulted in no other approach. Can you please verify this somehow? It is important that it will work well by next week at the latest.
I read here that there was already the same message – but no solution…?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello @carla2020

To better judge what could be causing this, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report file.

The system report can be accessed here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

You can share it privately with us here:
    https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

Please include a link to this thread.

    Regards,
    Femi.

    hello, thanks for your reaction.

I’d like to send a status report and other logs – but how can I share this with you privately when the plugin is currently disabled? Once I activate it I have no access to my backend! But from there I would have to send everything?
Or did I misunderstand the procedure for private sharing? Is there another way?
    somewhat desperate greetings,
    carla

    Hi @carla2020

You can create a private ticket as explained in the link above (no account needed), or alternatively from here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#get-help
This second option needs an account on WooCommerce.com, though.

The system report can be accessed here regardless of PayPal Payments being active or not:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
It is helpful for us when PayPal Payments is active before copying the system report as it adds additional information. But if your site is not reachable with the PayPal Payments plugin active, then this wouldn’t help much probably.
A copy of the system report as you can access it now would be a good start.
When sending a private message, please include a link to this thread so we can update it accordingly. Thank you!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
