[Plugin: Business Directory Plugin] View Listing Submit Listing return 404

Adding child pages and insert shortcode, I then click preview and am able to view the Submit Listing page. As soon as I publish the page all functionality breaks and I get a 404 page. this happens on every child page with a shortcode. Preview works but once I publish I get 404
http://site.com/?page_id=1706&preview=true <–Works
http://site.com/directory/submit-listing/ <–Broken
Once I’ve published a page and try to go back in and view it’s preview I now get this URL which pulls up a 404
http://site.com/directory/submit-listing/?page_id=1706&?preview=true
Odd thing is if I copy and paste the original preview before i published i can still view the page as it should display http://site.com/?page_id=1706&preview=true
