    I also have this problem and it has now locked me out of my wordpress admin altogether.

    WP version 3.5
    BP version 1.6.2
    Other BP plugins
    BP Template Pack
    WooCommerce for BuddyPress 1.0.5
    Members 0.2.2
    My theme is Massive News 3.5

    Please help! I have tried editing the wp-config file with all suggestions from the forum to no avail. Trying to build a multi-seller site with different roles and permissions.
