    Hello,

    I’ve just installed the free version of your image optimizer after I’ve already purchased your bundle of 27 Plugins from Webdorado.

    Unfortunately whenever I try to use the plugin it doesn’t work.
    I can easily access the whole options section and so on but when I want to bulk optimize my 231 images it only takes a few seconds until the page is refreshed and nothing has happened at all. I also tried out to only optimize one single item in the media library but this just leads to the plugin page as well.

    What is wrong here? 🙁

    Please, be informed that the issue may be related to the conflict with other plugins.

    Could you please,try to deactivate all your other plugins, except Image Optimizer and see whether the images will be optimized?
    If the problem will not be occurring, please activate plugins one by one and check Image optimizer simultaneous, to find which one is causing the issue.

    Hello,

    I’m sorry for my late reply.

    I’ve tried out to deactivate every single plugin except for Image Optimizer but there was no change at all.
    However, when only two plugins were remaining active at least it started for a few seconds but then again stopped and reloaded the whole page.

    This is somehow strange, since deactivating these two plugins should’ve brought a change and not by being active.

    Do you have any idea what I can do now since deactivating didn’t help here?

    Hi,

    Please note that we have replied to your email on 06 April. Maybe you have not received it because of technical issues. We have asked whether the image Optimizer issue has been solved because in the email there was a reference to some other issue related to the Form Maker, not about the Image Optimizer.
