Plugin breaks Edit buttons in admin -> users -> profile fields

Hi Ben. Trying to resolve a long-standing issue on my site ( in my admin, the Edit buttons in admin -> users -> profile fields were not working, making it impossible to edit existing profile fields.

In Troubleshooting mode, all plugins deactivated except Buddypress, the buttons work. If I activate Block, Suspend, Report then the buttons break. Please can you advise.

Site info : WP 7.0 , BP 11.4.3 , BSR 3.6.5

Note : this issue has existed for at least 3 years, through multiple updates of WP, BP, BSR so not a new issue.
