Plugin breaking Woocommerce Single Product

    Hi guys,

    Great plugin – just some issues we’re having: the plugin seems to be breaking the single product page in the backend. It works fine when we disable the facebook plugin, but we’ll ideally need a fix for this.

    All custom Woocommerce/ACF metaboxes aren’t loading, and the JavaScript also isn’t loading correctly. We’re happy to provide screenshot of the errors.

    Hello,

    I understand when Facebook for WooCommerce is activated, it seems to be breaking the single product page in the backend. I understand that all custom Woocommerce/Advaced Custom Fields metaboxes aren’t loading, and JavaScript also isn’t loading properly.

    To clarify, can you switch temporarily the site theme to Storefront, and then disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce? Check again to see if the issue persists at this point, if not, it means a conflict was affecting the site, and you can then switch back your theme to the original one, and then reactivate the rest of the plugins (checking again after each plugin reactivation), until you find the cause of the problem.

    Hi Igor,

    I have followed the steps above and the problem still persists when the theme is storefront and only Woocommerce and Facebook For Woocommerce are activated, please see the screenshot here. As you can see, beyond the “short description” metabox, the rest of the metaboxes don’t display.

    Hello @megantins,

    Can you please try increasing the site’s memory? Your host should be able to help you with this, alternatively, you can check this guide.

    If that didn’t help, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

    Thank you for sharing the report!

    Everything looks healthy aside from outdated theme templates, you can check this guide on how to Fixing Outdated WooCommerce Templates.

    If that doesn’t help, then please try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and the Facebook integration while activating the default Storefront theme.

    If the problem is not present after doing so, then you know there was a plugin conflict. You can enable plugins one by one again to find the culprit.

    Thanks Saif I have performed the standard debugging tasks before I created this post. I have disabled my theme, enabled storefront and deactivated all plugins except WC & the facebook integration. And still have the same error. & if you see my 2nd snipboard link you will see the error message is specific to the FB plugin.

    Any further guidance here?

    No Fatal error logs on my side that I can see, just some payment gateway ones which I would rather not share here due to customer’s personal information on them. Have you seen the 2 snipboard links provided above?
