Hi there, with the recent WordPress Update my website is resulting in an error due to this plugin. Can you please assist? Currently, my website is up but only because I’ve used a backup as a temporary fix. Thanks

Hi there,
I wasn’t able to replicate this, nor am I seeing any reports of this, so let’s make sure it’s not caused by another plugin. Can you disable except WooCommerce and Stripe, update, then see if everything looks good?

If that error appears with every plugin deactivated (except WooCommerce and Stripe), could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it by going to your admin Dashboard and select WooCommerce → Status.
From there, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support“. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

Thanks for confirming that it doesn’t happen with *only* Stripe and WooCommerce active on the site.
