• Hi,

I have insalled third party plugins that one of them seems to be blocking me to add additional plugins. I don’t see the install or add new options. The only option I have is through FTP and when I do that, they don’t work the way they’re supposed to.
Is there a way to detect which plugin is causing this or can I scan it?
    Website’s http://tradiaglobal.com/

    Would appreciate any valuable insight

  • Disable all of your plugins and re-activate them 1-by-1 until you replicate the issue again.

Once you have found the plugin that is causing this you can try posting a thread in the dedicated support forum for that plugin.

Let me know how you get on.

    Hi,
If your site working good before, then you have to start in the reverse order you have installed the plugin. What I mean is deactivate the latest installed plugin first. In this way you can find the one who is creating the nuisance.

    Hope it help you.

    Hi,

I tried both recomendations, disabling and reactivating one by one, but still I can’t see the option to add new. And it turns out that the last plugin I uploaded via FTP is the one I would like to make work.

I seem to be having conflict with the theme also. Could it be the theme has built in plugins which are creating problems? Because I’ve been trying to edit pages for the last week now and I cant seem to enter their predesigned form.

Should there be a problem of plugins not running well uploaded via FTP compared to installing them from WordPress?
