    Hi guys,

    We have noticed lately that your plugin is blocking our websites cache and causing it to crash. Is there a way that you can push an update to make it
    cache-friendly, or if its a required cookie, provide a custom VCL (cache
    rule) that allows the cookie to bypass the cache? We love your plugin but unfortunately we had to deactivate it to make the website stable again.

    Please let me know.

    thanks!

    Thanks for getting back to me!

    We are hosing on Dream Host’s Dreampress so they have “built in” caching.

    Also.. for a bit more info: From some preliminary checks I performed, the caching block looks to becoming from the cleantalk-spam-protect plugin setting the “apbct_*” headers which set a “no-cache” response on the site. This can be
    confirmed by temporarily deactivating the plugin then re-testing the response.

    Thank you for your details, Lauren.

    Please, do the following:
    1. Go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> disable “SpamFireWall”;
    2. Go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Use alternative mechanism for cookies” to “On” —> Save Changes.

    It will fix the issue with any hosting cache.

    Did it help?
