@markodejic that sounds like a plugin or theme conflict.
First, let’s try something
– Clear or deactivate any plugin cache you have installed (I know you have done that before, but It’s part of the troubleshooting steps).
– Go to Gallery > Other options > Miscellaneous > and click on “Clear image cache”.
– Go to Gallery > Other options > Reset options > and use the option “Reset non ecommerce settings”.
– Go to Gallery > Other options > Lightbox Effects > On “What effect would you like to use?” select again “NextGen Pro Lightbox”.
Reinsert your gallery again and save.
Note: these steps will reset NextGen Gallery to the default options.
As always, we recommend performing a full website backup before any big major change on your site.
If the problem persists, we might need to check for plugin or theme conflicts.
Please, keep us posted

@markodejic – could you also clarify what you mean by your website “lose half option”? Are some backend options going missing? If so, are they NGG options or theme options? A screenshot could be particularly helpful.
@imagely Thank you for answer but the problem don’t be a solved. When i turn on NG some part of site are blocked… If you interested i can show that on teamviewer or something… Thank you anyway.
@edanzer I have basketball club website, an when i click on game than website open game detail. I lose that when i turn on NGG… My English is’t very good, but i hope i explained it well.
Any chance you could send us a link? If you want to do so privately, you can send it in to our team via a bug report at https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/.
I’m willing to have a developer look at it, but we need to see it to be able to troubleshoot.
Because it has been a month or more since your last reply, I am going to mark this as resolved as I assume you have found a solution. Please feel free to reply again if you still have questions.
Thanks!
