[Plugin: Bit.ly Shortlinks] yoast_bitly_shortlink function

Could you maybe document the yoast_bitly_shortlink function and let us know if it’s safe to use that in a theme? I’d like to use it for producing short links for social media sharing buttons.

I figure, if you document it, you can’t change its interface and break my theme quite as easily! 😉
