Hi Forcet, could you give a more detailed description of the problem? Does the image show up when you’re editing the placemark, but not on the map itself? Can you give a URL to the map on your site?

I tried to reproduce your problem in my test environment with several different themes, but wasn’t able to. I did release an updated version of the plugin the other day, though, so if you’re still having problems you might want to try installing it. If that doesn’t fix the problem, send me some more details and I’ll try to help out.

    Hi Ian,
i’ve this problem with http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/basic-google-maps-placemarks/ and the problem is “The page says ‘Loading map…’, but the map never shows up” but my theme have the calling wp_footer() right before the tag in footer.php.
    How can I fix it?
    Thanks

Hey radicalmarco, there could be several reasons why it’s not working. Can you send me the address of the page so I can see it happening?

Hi Forcet, was this for a MultiSite installation? I just found a bug where the ‘Set Featured Image’ link wouldn’t should up in WPMS. There are two ways to fix it:

    1) Go to the Network Settings page, and check the ‘Images’ box in the for the ‘Media Upload Buttons’ setting
    2) Deactivate the plugin, upgrade to version 1.2, re-activate the plugin.

That should solve your issue, but let me know if you’re still having it.
