[Plugin: BackUpWordPress] Fatal Error – not able to add new posts

I went back to my blog today after an absence of a few months, updated wordpress and also the BackUpWordPress plugin.

I then tried to post something, but had the following message:

Fatal error: func_get_args(): Can’t be used as a function parameter in /home/victori1/www/victorialouisehill.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/hm-backup/hm-backup.php on line 1199

I had a look on the forums but couldn’t find anything… tried deactivating the plugin and now I can post as usual.

Any thoughts? I’m not very technically-minded…
