Plugin and Theme installing

    Hello. I am trying to download themes and plugins and it gives me an error that it “cant create the directory: /media/share/wp_content/upgrade/exclude-pages.tmp”
    the WP_CONTENT, upgrade, and theme folders are there, so im not sure why it cant install the file. BTW:im new to wordpress, so i dont know much
