[Plugin: Amazon Express] this plugin has a paid option within!

    In the plugin’s options, if you want to change the Amazon Associate Tag there is a warning that a donation of 5$ is desired.
    To avoid donations you are advised to change the hard-coded Amazon Associate Tag within the plugin’S source-code!!!

    In the screen shots posted here in the wordpress plugin repository this is not the case.

    I am so upset about plugin authors sneaking in paid features, why not mention them upfront?

    I do pay for plugins if I think I really want to use them but I want to know it before I activate the plugin that it is a paid one!
