[Plugin: Ajax Easy Attendance List] Boxes wrong Android uncompatible?

Hiya. First time here, first time ever with a wordpress site.

I’m trying out a plugin for youth to type their names to show they’re attending next youth event. Found a great and simple one in “Easy attendance list” but it has some flaws. I did try to find the code entries but came up short.

1. As you may see, the text box where you’re supposed to type your name is too small even to show the word “name”. Also, colored box containing the attendance list is offset.

2. Most youth here use their smart phone rather than a computer, and it would be great to have a “Send” button after the name field.

Is it any use trying to fix this within this plugin or do you know of another one that doesn’t require login and shows the attendance list?
