[Plugin: Adminimize] Plugin Settings lost after SQL Update

After updating the SQL database (because of moving to a new url) all plugin settings are lost and I have to click all checkboxes again. Is there a way to avoid this problem? Has it something to do with the “serialized data” WordPress problem?
Every help is much appreciated.
