if you hide settings on the menu, it hides settings and the drop down,
but if you go down further to the page to settings you can hide indivdual items in that drop down, just make sure you havnt got settings checked in the menu

Hello, thanks for your help. I check this, I believe. I made sure that I was not blocking the menus I need. I have uploaded screenshots to show you – did I miss something? I especially need “Products” to be accessible, but it is blocked for some reason.

Understand you correct; you miss “Products” on this role from this example screenshot; maybe an role, there have no rights for the products of WooCommerce. Adminimize dint chnage the rights, hide only areas and items. It the plugin WooCommerce dont give the rights for this menu-point, than it is not possible to add this rights to an smaller role.
I am having a somewhat similar problem. It seems to be hiding the Pages menu item even though it is not check. I removed all the elements individually from the user roles that I wanted at the bottom of the menu, yet the others that I did not remove them from is missing it as well. What should I do?
sorry, i dont understand you. do you habe no items checked on the user role for the menu? and the menu items was also hide for the role?
Hi sorry for the delay. Yes, Frank, that is the case. I have not limited the user role rights for those menus at all, yet the menus are hidden.

Yup, that’s what it is – there is no Woo Commerce “Shop Manager” role or any role that works except Administrator. So it’s pointless to use this plugin b/c with Woo Commerce it won’t show anything you need unless it’s an Administrator user. I need another plugin.
