[Plugin: Admin Menu Editor] Combining menus

Plugins are proliferating top-level menus, and I want to move several into a new “Extras” menu.

I tried dragging theme into the “Extras” submenu space, didn’t take. I tried copying the pasting them. No luck.

Is this possible? If so, any ideas why this isn’t working.
