Yes, you’ll find them listed near the bottom of the UI, in one of the collapsible sections on one of the first two tabs (sorry I can’t remember which section off the top of my head, but there aren’t that sections, so you’ll easily find it).

FaithJava, you probably will need to edit your theme header.php for that. You can use http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/do_shortcode (second example) as a method to get the ad where you want it.
Hi FaithJava, if you want to do this with Ad Injection you can use the template ads feature (see the FAQ). You would have to edit your template to do this.
