When trying to activate vikbooking.1.8.2 WordPress throws a “Page not found” error.

I’ve tried on two different staging websites with the same result. Debugging has no entries. Other plugins have been disabled for testing purposes. Standard theme. Permalinks have also been recreated. WP 6.8.2 and PHP 8.3.

    What could be the issue?

Seems like ModSecurity caused the issue. After deactivating it, the plugin got activated.
